1 General Provisions

ej33 ("we", "our", "platform") is an online gaming service provider that offers cricket betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games and a range of other entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. By using the ej33 platform, a binding legal agreement is established between you ("user", "player") and ej33.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are considered an integral part of this agreement.

1.1 Nature of the Service

ej33 is an entertainment gaming platform. All games, betting options and competitive activities offered here are conducted purely for entertainment purposes. Every game carries the possibility of winning or losing, and no outcome can be guaranteed.

1.2 Precedence of Terms

In the event of any dispute, these Terms shall take precedence. This written document takes highest priority over any verbal statements made by any officer or representative of ej33.

2 Account Registration

A valid account must be created in order to use ej33 services. At the time of registration you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

2.1 Eligibility to Register

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a real individual and open the account in your own name.
• Each user may operate only one account.
• The mobile number and email address you provide must be active and belong to you.

2.2 Identity Verification

ej33 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is complete.

2.3 Duplicate Accounts

Creating more than one account under the same person is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

3 Age Restrictions

Providing a false age at the time of registration is a serious violation. If a user is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds and winnings will be forfeited.

ej33 is committed to protecting minors and pledges to cooperate with parents and government authorities. Please keep your password secure so that minors cannot access your account.

4 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your ej33 account. Never share your login details such as your username and password with anyone else.

4.1 Security Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
• Use a strong password made up of a combination of letters, numbers and special characters.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

4.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling or allowing another person to use your ej33 account is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently terminated.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

ej33 supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed securely through SSL encryption.

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer.
• The depositor's name must match the name registered on the account.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• ej33 reserves the right to suspend or reject any deposit under suspicious circumstances.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used to make the deposit.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals will be held until the investigation is complete.

5.3 Financial Responsibility

ej33 is not a bank or financial institution. No interest applies to funds held in your account. In the event of account closure, any legitimately earned balance will be returned.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ej33 regularly provides various bonuses and promotional offers. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus:

• A 20x wagering requirement must be met after claiming the bonus (combining deposit and bonus amount).
• Withdrawal is not possible before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• The bonus may only be used on eligible games — certain games or bet types may be excluded.
• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.

6.2 Other Promotional Offers

Weekly cashback, reload bonuses and special event bonuses are governed by separate rules. The duration and terms of each offer will be clearly communicated at the time of promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

If any violation of bonus terms, use of multiple accounts or any attempt to abuse bonuses is detected, the relevant bonus and winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

6.4 VIP Program

The ej33 VIP program has 5 levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each level: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.6% for Silver, up to 0.9% for Gold, up to 1.2% for Platinum and up to 1.5% for Diamond. The conditions for moving up to a higher level are determined based on your activity.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all games and betting services offered on ej33.

7.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless ej33 itself decides to cancel it due to a technical error. In the event of a technical error, the bet will be cancelled and the original amount will be refunded.

7.2 Game Results

All game results are independent and not predetermined. The Random Number Generator (RNG) technology used in slots and casino games is audited and ensures fairness.

7.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

In the event of a disconnection or technical issue during live betting, ej33 will apply the relevant rules to that bet. Betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other cricket events is governed by separate sports betting rules.

7.4 Currency

All transactions on ej33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion option is currently available.

8 Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the activities listed below is strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Conducting artificial activity to earn bonuses.
• Using any software, bots, scripts or automated methods.
• Attempting to influence game results through fraudulent means.
• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Creating or operating an account using false information.
• Placing bets on behalf of or under the identity of a third party.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform for personal gain.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in the immediate closure of the relevant account, forfeiture of all balances and, where necessary, notification of law enforcement authorities.

9 Limitation of Liability

ej33 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical failure.
• If any loss occurs due to third-party software or hardware failure.
• If unauthorised access to an account occurs due to a user's carelessness or lack of security.
• If the service is disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war or government restrictions.
• For financial losses arising from gaming — gaming inherently carries financial risk.

9.1 Service Availability

ej33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently discontinue the service at any time and for any reason. Advance notice of maintenance will be given where possible, though this is not mandatory.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ej33 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, text and other elements — is the intellectual property of ej33 or its licensors.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any content from the platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission from ej33. Limited permission applies for personal, non-commercial use.

11 Privacy Policy

12 Account Closure & Cancellation

12.1 Closure at User Request

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

12.2 Closure by ej33

ej33 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering.
• Court order or directive from a government authority.

13 Dispute Resolution
